Meet the Doctor
I believe in providing personalized orthodontic treatment for all my patients. I recognize that every patient has different needs, expectations, and concerns, and I make it a priority to get to know my patients on a personal level. I spend time to listen and to build relationships with my patients and their families. My goal is to create an absolute positive experience that they’ll never forget.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of the people, and orthodontics seemed like the best way to achieve that goal! There’s no better way to improve someone’s confidence and self-esteem than with a beautiful smile.
Originally from Tracadie, NB, I graduated from WA Losier High School. From there, I attended Universite de Moncton for my undergraduate degree and Dalhousie University for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I attended Oklahoma University to complete my Master of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics.
Each year I attend a variety of continuing education classes. Orthodontics is an evolving field, with new technologies, treatments, and materials constantly being developed. By staying current on these changes, I’m able to provide my patients with the best care options and services. In addition to continuing my own education, I have also taught clinical orthodontics to hygienists at Oultons College.
My professional affiliations include:
- New Brunswick Dental Society, North Shore Board Rep
- Canadian Association of Orthodontists
- American Association of Orthodontists
- Smiles for Canada
My wife, our five children, and I have been proud to call the Bathurst community home for past 25 years. My family is my first priority, but when I’m not with them or practicing orthodontics, my passion is for cars. You may also find me playing a round of tennis or golf, or just relaxing at home. When we get the chance, my family and I love to travel.
